Who Is Jesus?

Jesus is the Messiah.

  • He is the anointed one, the leader appointed by God to carry out the special mission of redemption and liberation.

Jesus is Holy.

  • Holiness is a way of talking about God’s character as the most unique, powerful, beautiful, and good, there is no one like Him.

Jesus is the Only Way.

  • The gospel of Jesus doesn’t make sense to the proud, arrogant, or anyone who thinks they can get to God on their own.

Jesus is the Redeemer.

  • God treated Jesus as a sinner, though He was not, so that, He could treat us as if we were righteous, though we are not.

Jesus is Righteous.

  • Dead to sin, Alive in Christ. The Good News of Jesus is God’s power to make people right with himself.

Jesus is the Head of the Church.

  • God placed all things under Christ’s rule. He appointed him to be ruler over everything for the church.

Colossians 1:15-20

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For everything was created by him, in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities— all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and by him all things hold together. He is also the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that he might come to have first place in everything. For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile everything to himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.

How To Pray To Accept Jesus

We suggest praying the following prayer to accept Christ as your Saviour:


"Adonai, I come to You in the Name your son Jesus. Your Word says, "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." (Acts 2:21). I want to trust Jesus as my Saviour and follow Him as my Lord from this day forward, I want to leap into faith with you. I am calling out to You. You word says that: "If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10) I do that now. I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. Adonai guide in this new life, where my hope and faith is set on you. Amen.”
